David Reed – Poem

In one of my university classes, David Reed was a studemt. A tall handsome man, he always came to class in beautiful, color co-ordinated, motorcycle leathers. No matter how gorgeous his ensemble, his boots were ugly black and white, furry, cowhide boots.

David Reed

Sat on his steed,

Premed and primed,

Reamed and rhymed,

All dressed up in leather.

Oh, he looked so clever.

I just wonder how

That spotted cow

Got hung up

On his foot?
