Etc. – More Haiku Poetry

Cooler temperatures

Chill the air on the porch this

Morning in the sun.

Someone cut the bush,

Where the lilacs bloom, like a

Madman with chainsaw.

Going to bed and

Laying down on cool sheets

Like a rose’s kiss…..

The sun is shining.

The earth still barren looks stark

And unappealing.

Sun draws the dust up

Into the immediate

Spring warm atmosphere.

Pongee’ moon shines for

Other parts of the world, but

Does not light on me.

The sun blinds me to

Real reasons, stimulating

The flowers blooming.

Bits of green grass peek

Out of the ground in sunlit
